“Dr. Collings totally readjusted my thinking towards my eating habits and the way I treat my body. At first I was dubious over getting my “sugar fixed” as I could not see how this would benefit me. But I was willing to give it a go as something needed to change. I had just finished my collegiate athletic career and studies, and had put on the “freshman 15” all four years in school, putting me more than 60 pounds heavier than I wanted to be. I had just turned professional and needed to take a look at my life and what I really wanted from it.
So I decided to lose some weight and get back in the shape I need to be in to be successful during a competitive season. After Dr. Collings had set my sugar she explained what it did and the way I should eat, and why I had been eating the way I did. I was formerly in a downward spiral. For instance I was constantly drinking diet soda that gave me a sugar addiction. Then I would want ice cream, potato chips, etc… the list goes on.
No matter how hard I tried I could not lose weight with these habits. But after the trouble-free procedure and education I lost 30lbs in six weeks of healthy eating. This resulted in better health, increased focus, more energy and greater zest for life. The biggest change was not craving fake processed food but getting fully satisfied from the natural sweetness of fruit and I also found deeper flavors in all natural sources.
This is not a diet or quick fix as you will see for yourself when you have been doing it for a while, as your body will be telling you how much better it is eating this way. I can assure you will not want to go back. In summation, this has been a really easy life shift in the way I see food and my body. We are all highly tuned machines that need the correct care and attention to run at peak performance for the longest time possible and this comes with eating correctly.
That’s where Dr. Collings can come in with the knowledge and education required for you to live a much fuller and happier life enjoying the natural fruits of our world. I cannot thank her enough for guiding me in the right direction.”
